To commemorate National Chemistry Week (NCW), we teamed up with Chemia and Alpha Chi Sigma at BU to showcase some electrochemistry to Chemistry majors (and enthusiasts)! From cyclic voltammetry to controlled potential electrolysis and analytical laboratory tours, the team had fun using their own reactions to explain important electrochemical phenomena.

At the annual celebration of UROP research at BU, our very own Sam (mentored by Brett and Jillian) and Arya (mentored by Bryan) presented fantastic posters detailing their summer research experiences in the Derosa lab. Fortunately, we are able to continue admiring their research journeys as they remain in our lab as undergraduate researchers for the semesters to come!
