Zi and Brett Join the Team

Exciting things are on the horizon this summer as we welcome our two newest postdoctoral fellows, Zi Xuan and Brett Akana-Schneider!

Zi joins us after a postdoctoral appointment in the Musacchio lab at WPI where she worked on new photoredox methodology for benzylic functionalization. Prior to this, Zi developed a series of cooperative catalytic platforms in the Lee group at Ewha Womans University.

Brett joins us after completing his PhD in the Weix group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied reductive C–N bond formation and new catalyst design for cross-electrophile couplings.
